What is the typical timeline for building a new home?
A timeline does not start when the first shovel touches the dirt. Timelines in our minds start the minute a client engages with us regarding a potential project. From the start, we will give estimates on scheduling regarding the project and give detailed outlines on how to proceed, all while being by your side throughout. The planning and consenting stages can vary from 1 month - 3 months for the higher end projects. This allows time for planning, pricing, and consenting. Once consent is issued, a new mid level new build will sit around 3-4 months for completion.
What factors influence the cost of building a new home?
Many factors will influence the cost of a new home, but here are the front and centre items we find influence the most.

- Finish levels. Spec build, Midrange and high end architectural
- Fixed quote or charge up contract.
