How long do home renovations take?
Many things come into play with scheduling timelines around renovations. But our main renovations are either bathrooms or kitchens. We pride ourselves on lining up all of our subtrades to make sure things run smoothly, making sure either the bathroom or kitchen is down for the least time possible.

Do I need consent to renovate areas of my house?
It’s a tricky one, and one that Rogers Build will advise on the initial site inspection. The short of it is, if you are replacing like for like and not intending to add services (showers, toilets, or waterproofing for tiles), you should not need consent. But any new items that create runoff ( greywater or sewage), you will need consent.
How do I plan my home renovation?
You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you feel. You can approach Rogers Build with your already consented plans, and we can then take them from there and plan ahead. Or we can arrange a site meeting to discuss your plan, then we would approach our designer to then draw up plans and submit for consent. All this is possible while keeping you amongst the planning and decision-making.
